Ingredients
- 2 Wagyu Korean Beef Short Ribs
- 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Yoshida Sause
- 1 TBS Salt/Pepper
Directions
- Rub Vegetable Oil on all sides of your Wagyu Korean Short Ribs
- Salt and Pepper all side
- Set Smoker at 225 degrees
- Lay them flat on the smoker
- Baste with Yoshida 1 time after 15 minutes
- Flip Short Ribs over after 30 minutes and baste again
- Make Fried Rice
- Remove when Short Ribs are at 135 degrees
- Place in a circle and connect with a Grill Pinz/Toothpick
- Fill with Rice and Serve
