Ingredients
- 1 Pitmasters Cut
- 2 Cups Butter
- 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
- ¼ Cup Favorite Seasoning
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 5 Potato’s
- 1 Bag Mixed Veggies
- 1 Bottle Grape Soda/Beef Broth
Directions
- Rub Vegetable Oil on all sides of your Pitmasters Cut
- Layer all side of your Pitmasters cut with your favorite seasonings
- Let it rest with seasons for 20 minutes
- Start and place on smoker at 200 degrees
- Baste with Grape Soda or Beef Broth every 30 minutes AFTER the 1st Hour of smoke.
- Removed at 165 Degrees
- Wrap in tinfoil With 2 sticks of butter and 2 cups Beef Broth
- Remove at 200 and place in cooler for 1 hour
- Make Potatoes and Gravy from the drippings
- Slice and Serve
